Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Creodot, the operator of Monkey Trader. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Informational service only
Monkey Trader uses AI models to describe technical signals visible in chart images. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, delayed, or inconsistent. They are educational information, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and are not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
Your responsibility
Trading involves substantial risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for verifying information, deciding whether to trade, and complying with applicable laws. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose solely because of an AI-generated output.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, interfere with other users, or automate requests in a way that harms the service. We may suspend access to protect users or infrastructure.
Your content and AI processing
You keep ownership of chart images you upload and grant us a limited license to host, transmit, process, and display them only as needed to provide and secure the service. You must have the right to upload each image and must not include personal, confidential, unlawful, or infringing content. With your permission, images are sent through OpenRouter to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Paid access is billed through your Apple App Store account and renews automatically unless cancelled in your Apple subscription settings. Pricing, trial availability, billing periods, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the terms shown at purchase and Apple's applicable policies. Deleting your Monkey Trader account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. You can restore purchases in app Settings and manage or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple Subscriptions.
Account termination
You may permanently delete your account in app Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including responsibility, warranty, and liability terms—will survive.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, indirect damages, or decisions made using AI outputs. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Apple terms
Apple is not responsible for Monkey Trader or its support. Your App Store use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies.
